Lately, so many people are going back to their countries for good. It is always a sad thing to see someone go. Especially someone that you are close with and someone who share the similar interest with you. Why do they have to leave? Does God have a better plan for them somewhere else? Even though i know that's true, but it is hard to let go.

Kat!!! I am gonna miss you so so so very very much! Where am I gonna find someone who thinks so similarly as me? Where?!?! haha we don't like the same thing, we react the same ways to some things. Maybe that's how phlegmatic people are. Now that my cafe guide & shopping guide is gone, who is gonna bring me around?!

On Tuesday night, we stayed in a service apartment that Kathrin rented at South Yarra. It was sooooo nice! The place was beautiful! I wish that I could stay there everyday. We had a lot of fun! We did a lot of silly things that day and kept taking unnecessary pictures. It was a memorable night. I'll let the pictures do all the talking...

My h0LiDaY...

I have officially started my holidays!! What have I been doing? Nothing much but bumming around and doing nothing much...ACTUALLY... i kinda like doing this. and YES! i actually said that I like doing nothing much. I don't know, maybe in few weeks time, or even days I would think otherwise.

The other day I went to Eureka Tower with Juju, Denny and my gila-est friend, Ronald. For you information, Eureka is the tallest building in Australia and the 38th tallest in the world. The view up there is amazing. The night lights of melbourne is really nice. It's quite expensive tho'. The entrance fee is $11 bucks for concession. And when we are up there, we need to pay an extra $10 bucks to go out to the Edge. The Edge is a glass cube which projects 3 metres out from the building - with visitors inside - suspended almost 300 metres above the ground. When you enter, the glass is opaque as the cube moves out over the edge of the building. Once fully extended over the edge, the glass becomes clear to the sounds of smashing glass and machine malfunctions. The sound is pretty annoying. But it was really nice out there. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to bring our cameras inside. There is a camera there that would take our pictures. They charged us $15 per picture. I would say that it is another way of making money. But it's quite worth it. The view up there was spectacular. It's kinda weird you know. One of the tallest building in the world is in the place where I came from but I never once went up there to enjoy the view of the city.







On Saturday night, MSF Blast organized a Cafe Nite. It was the last even for year 2007. It was pretty amazing. The theme for the day was The MARK. We had some food, live performances, live music, fashion show, face painting and some live entertainment! hahaha. It was an enjoyable evening. Henry and Vico were one of the models. They were hilarious. Vico looked like he was trying to hold his laughter and Henry was trying to act cool with all his poses. Haha! but it was good. The year has gone by so quickly. I can't believe that it is the end of the year already. Sadly, blast will commence again next year. Blast has been a part of my life, and everyone serving there is like my family. I do enjoy working with them.

Have you ever wondered what you would be in 10 years time? I do sometimes. BUT I never got a clear picture. Somehow it keeps changing. But one thing I know for sure, I wanna look back and think that I have used my life meaningfully. By meaningful I mean that I have been a blessing to others around me. Therefore I have decided that I want to go for a mission trip. I want to be able to help other people who are in need and share to them about the blessings i had in my life. Have you ever wondered about other people besides yourself? What is you were born in a third world country? What would you be like? Would you be who you are today? Would you survive? Maybe not. I am probably not as strong as them there. I think that's why God put me here, because he knows my limit. I am really thankful for everything that I have in my life. Not only everything, but EVERYONE. I have been really blessed by you all. In my life, I have many things that other people do not have. This is the reason why I have decided to join a mission trip.

HOT!!!

Today is really a hot day! This is the time of the year which i dread the most!! It is so hot!

Yea yea...even though it is really hot in Malaysia as well, but every where we go we use car..and every store/shops we go into also got aircond...okok...i KNOW i sound like a spoil brat here...but really, a lot of shops here don't have aircond. The most they have is fan.

Furthermore, there are a lot of flies! They keep sticking to your body. They are so lazy u know, don't want to fly away wan. In Malaysia, those flies will go to the food, but here the flies are so different. They don't want to stick to the food...they stick to the human body!!! Oh yah, my friend said that once, she killed a fly, using bygon (that spraying thing to kill insects) then she took something to hit it. When she hit it, she can see that there were maggots inside the fly! That is so gross. I think it is the flies' eggs or something!

Exam FEVER!

I am in the midst of my exams AGAIN!!! and hopefully this would be the last time...for my degree...:p I told myself over and over again that i would start studying earlier and not procrastinate...and yet i am doing it again! What is wrong with me?

Everyone around me has finished their exams except me!!! I feel so...distracted..hahaha i feel like I have started my holidays as well. This makes me even more lazy to start studying. Last night i actually studied until 6am in the morning...I went to sleep and I dreamed about what I studied!!! 'put options,' 'call options' bla bla bla. This is so crazy!! I still have 9 days til my next paper, which would also be my last paper. Yay! I think I am gonna stop studying for awhile, so that I would not get nightmares bout what I study! Hah! I think u guys must be thinking that it is just an excuse to slack a little. Well, maybe....I admit, I am at times....LAZY...hehehe

these are one of the few things which I don't like about student life. The few stressful week before exams makes me feel crazy that I can't think straight. I don't feel like doing anything when I have so many things to do!!

Can't belive it, I am gonna graduate end of this year! What am i gonna do after this?! What should I do?

21 going on 22.....

That's right...i am 22 years old now!!!!!! Can you believe it? Time really flies...I am yet another year older. What have I done in the previous year? I don't really remember. All I know is that I am suddenly here in Melbourne and I met a whole new bunch of people. They are an awesome lot BUT ofcoz they cant replace my friends back in Malaysia. Both them are precious in my life.

My birthday this year has been a memorable one. My brother is here in Melbourne to celebrate with me. My birthday was great. After sharing they blindfolded my brother and I and took us into my room!Bout 10 minutes later, they ask us to come out and they untie our blindfold. When i open my eyes, I see a really beautiful cake in front of me. It was all white and it looked like there were white roses on top of the cake. Their presence made me feel so happy. I am so blessed to have these people in my life. God is so good and faithful.

Present time!!! I had a card which is like a jigsaw puzzle. I had to put them altogether. It is really really really nice...haha then i opened my birthday present! You know what was inside? It was a pineapple...haha no...there is nothing wrong with ur eyesight. It was a pineapple. haha was is so funny. What did i feel? I was kinda shock. Never in a million years I would thought that someone would actually give me a pineapple as a birthday present. But then again, I somehow knew that they were joking around with me....hehehehe...Then in the end.....when everyone was leaving...They brought out a Guess paper bag. Inside there was a lovely white Guess bag. It is sooo sooo nice!!! hahaha. Thank you guys! Love it very very very much. Thank you for the effort that you have spend for the preparation of this day.

AND...ofcoz not forgetting all you out there who can't be here to celebrate my birthday with me this year. Thank you for the wishes. Thank you for everything you have been in life. Thanks for the laughter and the joy. I really do appreciate it. I love you very much.
